HO Scale Windows

I'm a Walthers Hardwood Furniture Company enthusiast as well as a Bralick Building kits fan, and I wanted to merge them into one massive structure that would exceed all expectations. However, I wasn't satisfied with the windows' design, so I decided to experiment and create something entirely new. The main windows underwent multiple iterations until I finally settled on the 2b window design, which I believe is a significant improvement over the previous versions. I have two "open frame" files that were intended to print frames for cutting into 2x5 sets to create open windows within the main frames. To begin with, it's essential to note that I use Cura 3 for printing, and the files must have the "print thin walls" option enabled due to the window muntins being approximately 0.3mm wide. I've experimented with different printing settings using a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.20mm layers as well as a 0.3mm nozzle with 0.16mm layers, all while utilizing only a skirt (not brim). When working with such thin extrusions, it's crucial to maintain a slow speed to prevent any issues during the printing process. However, I've been experiencing problems with adhesion on the outer edges of my bed, which I suspect is caused by the cooler temperatures. This has led to difficulties when printing with ABS. Despite these challenges, I'm hoping that switching to PLA will yield better results for the "open frame" designs.
