HO Scale Nash Metropolitan
thingiverse
This is a model of a Nash Metropolitan. It can be printed in any scale you prefer, but I designed it with HO scale in mind, so its level of detail accurately reflects that. The example I posted was sliced using Cura and printed on an Ender 3 in HO (1/87 or ~1.2%) scale. The entire print took under two hours to complete. The body and wheels were printed at a layer height of 0.08 and a speed of 40mm/s. However, the wheels need to be glued to the sides of the chassis after printing. Once attached, their tops should sit just above the triangular points on the chassis. I might explore modeling the chrome trim found on two-tone Mets as well as a bench seat in future designs. Your feedback is greatly appreciated!
