HO Scale Hand Pump Car

This is a Hand Pump Car in HO Scale. I'm not a train enthusiast, but I designed this for the Diorama shown in the pictures as a hobby project that should make a great display piece for a HO Scale Train set. **Printing Notes:** This tiny model requires a highly tuned printer, and I recommend using a .25 nozzle to achieve the best results. Most parts were painted with Yellow PLA (Silver for the Wheels), while the Deck was painted brown to simulate wood, and everything was distressed with black paint before assembly. I then used super glue and CA accelerator to glue all of the parts together. Simply hold the parts in position while gluing, and then spray with the accelerator to get an instant bond. **Assembly:** Glue both Pump Arms to the Platform first. Attach the Gear to one side of the Platform in the middle space between the Pump Arms (The gear should sit just below where the Deck will be but stick up a bit.) Glue the Deck to the Platform, fitting it over the arms. Secure the Pump Arms Skirt to the Deck, also fitting it over the arms. Attach the Pump Handle between the Pump Arms. Mount the Wheels to the Platform (You can use a small paper clip as an axle if you prefer.) Install the Brakes on the Platform The Handles on the Pump Handle are straight extrudes from a .25 nozzle that have been cut to size and glued in place. Tweezers come in handy here. Enjoy!
