Painting goes smoothly, making it easier to place the tanks on the upper deck first. Move them aside once they're secure. Assemble the four main frames starting with a large one, locating it as shown in the picture. The decking aligns perfectly with the frame so when stepping off the ladder, you'll land squarely on the deck. The top edge of the deck rises evenly above the rest of the framework.
