HO Scale Freight Unloading Station

This is a compact freight unloading facility, designed for seamless integration with any Tyco's classic push button unloading structures. Specifically engineered to pair perfectly with the boxcar unloader, this setup ensures smooth and efficient operations. However, I encountered an issue where the boxes were being kicked out too quickly, resulting in them overshooting their designated landing bin. To resolve this problem, I created a custom design that consolidates the boxes and adds a visually appealing element to my layout. Although some boxes may bounce back, it successfully directs 85% of them down the ramp. Designing, printing, and testing this facility took me several days, leaving little time for additional details. This is my first design submission, and I hope fellow model train enthusiasts who use vintage Tyco sets will appreciate it just as much as I do. Some essential notes on specific dimensions to ensure seamless assembly: - The door and roof are 0.2mm smaller than the openings, requiring a gentle sanding to fit perfectly. - Notches inside the building allow the roof piece to rest securely in place. - Window inserts are 0.4mm smaller than the openings and can be installed without any sanding adjustments. (Please note that I only printed one frame in my picture, but the file includes two identical frames for printing.) - The Warehouse door is a static decoration, simply glued to the side of the building and does not feature movable parts.
