A coworker asked me to create a bridge shoe for his HO scale model train set, leading me to design an I-beam based rail version from scratch. The overhanging top section was challenging, so I added three small extrusions to prevent support failure. Printed with Black PLA using 0.2mm layers and a Prusa i3 printer, the result was satisfyingly realistic. For my print settings (Ultimachine Black PLA on Prusa i3 w/ E3D hotend), I used 0.2mm layer height, 1 mm retraction, a 185 deg-C hotend, a 60 deg-C bed with blue painter's tape, and a desk fan for cooling during printing.
