Ho/Oo Railspeeder (Bachmann Gandy dancer shell w/rolling stock)
thingiverse
This ultimately became a freelance design based on American rail speeders/motorcars. I designed this to resemble the one once used within Union Pacific. the most significant change I made was the sloped front. feel free to use it however you wish. The one I designed was used to re-create a character from the more recent Thomas & Freinds series "All Engines Go". while not particularly fond of the new show, I like some of the characters in concept, such as Sandy. so I remixed them to have a more realistic basis. The decals I used are included. you'll need to find someone to print them if you wish to use them. I at least recommend the engine detail for the back. unless you wish to have it as a covered engine. I also included models for 3 different pieces of small rolling stock. all of these were modeled off of the rolling stock found at the Northwest Railway Museum in Snoqualmie and North Bend Washington. If you are in the area, I recommend visiting the Depo and Education center, and if possible take a ride on the train for one of the best views in the area you can only get there (sit near the front-middle). Note; this was made using the New Version of the Gandy Dancer. I do not know if the old version will work with it or not, feel free to try your own digression. if successful, please leave a comment.
