Ho IV

In our project carried out using Pro Engineer software, we developed the Horten IV model which is not yet fully complete. However, all stations have been successfully finished! In accordance with the book "Horten 229 - Spirit of Thuringia," the horten brothers utilized airfoils from the wing root section of a captured P-51D Mustang fighter for their Horten IV design. Specifically, these airfoils were NACA 66 (with mean camber lines at 17.5% and 215% chord lengths).
