HO Caboose Model With Swing Doors

HO Caboose Model With Swing Doors

thingiverse

Here is a new HO caboose model I've printed a couple of. The door assembly and the interior are remixes of other models on Thingiverse I've long forgotten the names of. I must thank their creators so if you recognize them let me know. My color choices haven't been working out great. If you do better please post them! - You will need couplers. I used KD whiskers. Center shank got this one to the correct height. - You will need wheels. If I recall the truck assemblies (wheels) are a 50 ton Atlas roller bearing model. - You may want a metal paperclip to sacrifice. These doors fit tight but I still slid paperclips in mine for most reliable operation BEFORE gluing the top and bottom to the model. - Caboose Body Floor and Caboose Body Floor with seats are inter-changeable. You use either one. Even if its difficult to see them, I like the seats and detail in there. - It is LIGHT and mine benefit from a bit of weight to bring them at least close to NMRA standards to run most reliably. - I ran mine at .12mm and just glued it together then painted it (poorly). They do run reliably though after I added weight. If I forgot anything please let me know and enjoy.
