HMB-X5 GoPro Session Mount (40deg)
thingiverse
Mount your GoPro Hero4/5 Session onto the HMB-X5(C) frame from Multi-RC at a race-ready 40-degree tilt angle. Secure it with four M3 screws (with two M3 nylocks for the back rearward screws). I use M3x10mm screws in the stand-offs at the front and M3x8mm screws in the nylocks at the back. Next, secure your favorite battery strap to keep the GoPro snugly fitted into the ridges. This setup is extremely secure and highly recommended for its rugged durability. To print it securely, I suggest using a semi-flexible material like TPU, which can withstand severe crashes. Check out this link to see my "Session Skin" on my GoPro: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1643022. This design is fantastic! To prevent scuffs, I printed mine in orange NinjaFlex. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Printrbot Simple Metal Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: ~20% Notes: You won't need any support material to save time stripping out the gap in the mount for the strap.
