Print the top and bottom parts with 3 perimeters, 3 solid layers, and 30% infill for sturdiness. Attach your control board to the case bottom using double-sided foam tape, then assemble the two halves with #4 X 5/8" wood screws or zip ties. For altitude issues, try adding a small cotton or poly stuff ball over the barometer.
