I designed a new HK3000 RX enclosure after my old one broke down. I printed it using PETG with a 0.2mm layer height, and gave it an 0.8mm shell thickness as well as 0.8mm top/bottom thickness. The enclosure fits the rx board snugly without any movement inside. It just needs some CA to secure the bottom lid in place.
