A Remix of My HK 3 Lug Installation Tool http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1647395 Most users, who rely on FDM printers, may find that the original tool is likely to break when used to remove a stuck muzzle device due to insufficient surface area for adequate strength. I have increased its surface area, incorporated material-saving cutouts, and completely transformed its method of use from a crescent wrench to bare hand (resulting in a knob) or using a strap wrench for an oil filter. Until the day we all possess DMLS printers in-house, this revised 3-lug tool is probably the superior option on the market. Print Settings Printer: FFCreator Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2-0.3 mm Infill: 100%, 3 shells Notes: I highly recommend using 3 shells for enhanced strength, as well as to leave some margin in case you need to file-to-fit. It is designed to provide a tight fit. Post-Printing File-to-fit as needed. Keep it out of direct sunlight if printing with PLA, which works perfectly fine for this particular tool.
