Hello, This is a simplified model of a plastic part of my HJC FG-17 helmet which accidentally fell off during a motorbike trip. This is the best I was able to design within reasonable time. It does not consist of any air inlet and you also have to bend it on your own to adapt it to helmet curvature - use a hot-air soldering iron or maybe a hair-dryer to make if flexible. Then you have to polish the surface and possibly paint it. Lots of work, but at the end it works :) Use an ABS (easy to polish, paint and to be sticked glue, immune to outdoor conditions) or at least a PET-G. Cheers, Fimek
