Plastic linkage of trigger mechanism tends to break in these glue guns, so here is a replacement design, which is also reinforced by using metal screws. PLA would be too brittle for this application, I recommend printing in PETG/ABS or stronger plastics. Please also pay attention to seam placement. Prusaslicer tends to place it in thinnest part, causing part to fail over time.
