Key changes compared to the original: - Added configurable drawer that fits into the hive box. You can divide the drawer into smaller sections (set the X by Y sections and relative section height), wall thickness, section wall thickness, tolerance (to make sure the drawer fits into the container); - Added nice twisted drawer knob (configure it's depth, far/near sizes and twist angle); - Redesigned rail connectors system. Way more efficient usage of the plastic! Previously used hexagon-like rails wasted over 50% of the plastic and required thick walls for reliable connection. Here I use half-hexagons that allows much thinner walls and keeps the connection strong. Rails-per-side changed from 3 to 2 for faster printing. Though, you can still set CONNECTORS to 3 for 3-rail system, or even set CONNECTOR_TYPE to 1 for old-style hexagon-connectors. The new rails are sharpened from both ends for easier joining; - The container box is smoothly rounded (change smoothing radius by setting the HEXAGON_ROUNDING parameter); - Faster and better rendering project (especially when use alfa-non-opacity colors), better-quality and more precise STL: 3-rectangle hexagons replaced by optimal polygon-based hexagons; - Set PRINT_PART to 1 - for the container box, 2 - for the drawer, 3 - for the knob, 0 - to preview all the 3 parts together. Update 2021.03.19: - Added Battery drawers! BATTERY_MODE: 0 - regular drawer with optional sections, 1 - battery drawer with square sections (set battery sizes with BATTERY_SECTIONS array, e.g. [15, 19, 11, 11] for AA + 18650 + AAA + AAA, BATTERY_HIGH and BATTERY_LOW to set dividers height), 2 - hex sections for optimal battery packing, 3 - hexchain sections for superfast print and plastic save; - Added test mode (set TEST_PRINT to 1) to make small test print to check whether connectors print well at your printer;
