Michigan requires that any vehicle that drives off road must have an ORV trail permit. I did not want to put the sticker on my paint or on the window (especially since the roof comes off) so I decided to put it on a hitch cover/plug. I made this specifically for my jeep, but could be used on most any 2" hitch plug.
