Hitachi Starter for Nissan vehicles

This time I completely stripped down a starter from Hitachi which has been replaced due to beeing weak.Basically the assembly seems to be easily comprehensible and containing only few parts...... I have dismounted every single part of it, even those which aren't planed to get dismounted, like the one way clutch or the engaging relay.And there are a loooot of parts inside! And some of them quite tricky to design. Chapeau to the engineers who designed those parts without having any CAD.During this reverse engineering study I tried to take into account every single detail I can see. So I modeled the rotor windings, the commutator, windings of the engaging relay and so on...The scale of all the parts is pretty accurate but at least not perfect.I hope you like it! Enjoy!P.S.
