A replacement projector filter housing is available for the Hitachi CPX-200, CPX-205, and CPX-206 projectors. Each of these projectors has a distinct main filter housing and retaining piece design. This housing can be used with each projector's retaining piece. The prints tested are made from PLA material. Future prints will use ABS material again soon. The corner pads and added support are the only necessary components. Filter.stl is the file containing the filter housing without optimized support or warp-free material. Filter-optimized.stl includes both the support and anti-warping discs. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 (Folger Tech) Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 Infill: 20% Honeycomb Notes: The first layer is at 0.35, using PLA material that is 1.75mm thick, the extruder temperature is set to 200 degrees Celsius, and the bed temperature is set to 50 degrees Celsius. The extruder fan operates at 100 percent during all layers.
