Hit Point Dial for Sentinels of the Multiverse

I created a straightforward hit point tracker dial specifically designed for Sentinels of the Multiverse, as using tokens proved frustrating for me. Painting the numbers and arrow greatly enhanced visibility, making it much easier to use. However, I did need to make some minor adjustments to the numbers due to their small size; sanding the center hole just enough to secure a tight fit for the cap helped resolve this issue.
