Managing a three-meter long molecule within a 30 micron-wide cell is achieved through scaffolding proteins. A model of a histone complex, consisting of eight proteins that cooperate to organize DNA into a super-coiled structure resembling a fractal telephone cord, demonstrates this process. In relation to printing, I achieved successful results using PLA, 0.1mm layer height at 50mm/s, with support from KISSlicer's dense support function. However, the support flow rate was reduced to 70% by an external script, and further optimization might be possible in this area.
