Hishaku - Japanese Tea Ceremony Water Ladle

Hishaku - Japanese Tea Ceremony Water Ladle

thingiverse

My First From-Scratch 3D Model. My Wife Wanted a Japanese Tea Ceremony Model for Her Steampunk Racing Sculpture, and I Found Every Piece Except the Water Ladle, So I Decided to Create One. This is my version of a Hishaku, the traditional bamboo water ladle used in a Japanese tea ceremony. It was never intended for actual use, but it's a great starting point for sculpting. The proportions will be off a bit since this model will be scaled down and can't have too long a handle. I'll be test printing this design with an Elegoo Mars resin printer soon to see how the texture turns out for FDM use.
