Printing Model for Flexible Plastics: A Challenge Solved This printing model is designed to work seamlessly with flexible plastics like TPU or its equivalents. The case walls are a mere 1 mm thick, making it essential to assume the use of a .4 mm nozzle during the printing process - a hurdle that adds an extra layer of complexity to this endeavor. Update: I've successfully printed out a model using BFlex plastic. A significant improvement has been made with V2, which boasts a 1mm smaller opening for the front screen and provides enhanced protection for smartphones. This latest iteration is specifically tailored to handle flex (or TPU) stretching plastics with ease, while V1 can be used with SBS but falls short in protecting the front screen effectively.
