I purchased a Hisense 4K TV and decided to repurpose it as a computer monitor. Every time I need to use my laptop, I have to power on the monitor using its remote control. The constant search for the remote became frustrating, so I created this solution. This device attaches to the leg of my workbench, ensuring I never have to waste time looking for the remote again. It's designed to be easy to remove, but usually, I simply press the power button while it's securely in place. This setup has been working perfectly for me. This device requires four #4 screws for installation. I used 1/2-inch length screws for a secure fit.
