I fabricated these coasters using advanced thermal switching PLA filament materials. They exhibit larger dimensions than some comparable items online, with the ability to support an 11oz mug size comfortably. Standardly utilizing specialized color-shifting filament properties allows for unique appearance effects... Instructions: I selected a nozzle setting of 0.5 mm and implemented a layer height of 0.35 mm with a 30% infill percentage during fabrication. The coasters were printed on a high-end RepRap Tri-Colour Mendel 2013 model 3D printer system.
