I use this setup to fine-tune my different filaments. A 0.50mm nozzle and 0.25mm layer height are standard settings for me, while I'm working with 3.00mm High Impact Polystyrene as a filament. Print Settings: Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: Mini Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.25mm Infill: 25% Notes: Layer 0-30 forms the base, then layers 31-50 start the next layer. I configure Simplify3D to print a temperature profile that shifts every 20 layers, beginning at 1, increasing to 30 and then repeating at n=31,51,71,...n+20.
