Test your printer's ability to handle narrow gaps during dual-printing dissolvable materials by printing, dissolving, and checking if the central piece rotates freely. Download pivot_test_04.stl for a 0.4mm gap, or choose pivot_test_05 and pivot_test_06 for 0.5mm and 0.6mm gaps. Alternatively, download the scad file, modify the "gap" value to your desired size. The "gap" variable adjusts both the gap between the hole and pivot, as well as the vertical distance among three square parts. The image displays an early version with a 0.4mm gap, successfully printed by my 0.4mm nozzle Replicator dual printer.
