This mod uses 2 MGN12 linear rails with 1 MGN12H block at each side. The plate which carries the hotbed is directly bolted to the MGN12H blocks in this mod. This requires some drilling/milling in this carrier. As an aid to do that I made 2 templates, with the first you can mark the position for the holes with a punch tool, with the second you can mark the outlines for the holes with a scratch tool. I used 2 slightly oversized slotted holes, 3.2mm x 6mm to prevent strain to the linear bearing block which they don't like. I highly recommend to perform the drilling or milling with a stand to achieve a perfect 90 degrees angle. You can attach the carrier to the blocks with 10mm M3 screws and washers. Position the bed before tightening the screws. Also included are 2 endstops. These are attached to the sides of the Y extrusions using 2 8mm M3 screws and T-slot nuts. You can use one or two as you wish. Carefully position these stops as they are the reference for the zero-position in Y. You will also need to print the belt spacer and the front + endcaps. You can find them at Junior Barnes his design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4347242 Here you can also find information regarding the mounting of the linear rails to the extrusions. All credits to Junior Barnes for his designs for improving our Hiprecy Leo's! Note: in my Hiprecy LEO I had problems with the alignment of the 2 Y-extrusions in respect to eachother causing strain to the blocks when moving the bed. To overcome this I loosened the extrusions slightly ( at the tops and from inside the housing where the electronics are situated). I moved the bed then a few times to let the extrusions "find" their ideal positions. Then moved the bed to the front and tightened the extrusions there. Then moved the bed to the back and again tightened the extrusions there and finaly tightened the extrusions in the middle with the bed postioned there. This worked for me but there surely will be other methods to achieve this.
