I designed these covers specifically for the unused spaces in my extrusions, looking for something to keep dirt and grime at bay without breaking the bank on shipping costs. When I couldn't find a suitable solution online, I decided to take matters into my own hands and try making some myself. With a bit of skepticism about PLA's flexibility, I was pleased to discover it works just fine with moderate pressure, securely popping in place. The finished product turned out exactly as planned, giving the extrusions a sleek and polished appearance. The included STL file measures 20mm long, so be sure to adjust the length in your slicer to fit each slot perfectly – longer slots may require multiple end-to-end installations.
