Hiprecy LEO - Part Cooling Fan Ducts
thingiverse
These custom cooling fan ducts replace the factory part on the LEO, providing superior airflow to the nozzle. The original ducts may look well-made, but they fail miserably in their cooling duties, simply blowing air at the heater block and behind the nozzle instead of directing it where it's needed most. By installing these new ducts, I was able to achieve a significant improvement in my overhangs' appearance - going from shabby-looking at 50 degrees Celsius to decent-looking at 70 degrees (see photo). To print them correctly, orient them right-side up with or without supports; I printed mine without supports and experienced some drooping across the top of the outlet, but it didn't affect performance.
