Hiprecy LEO - MGN12C blocks for Z linear rail conversion

I designed alternative blocks for the Hiprecy LEO Z axis conversion earlier designed by Junior Barnes. Thing:4306550 - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4306550. In Juniors' design the larger MGN12H bearing blocks are used. Their size prevents you from using brass inserts. In my printer the M3 bolts came loose after some time and the bearing blocks also developed play inside the printed blocks, possibly as a result from the weight of the print head which is front heavy. These blocks are designed to use the smaller MGN12C bearing blocks. The smaller size allows you to use brass M3 inserts now. This makes a more secure tightening possible from the brackets to the blocks. You will need 8 brass M3 inserts, length 4mm, diameter 4.2mm. Use 8mm M3 screws to mount the bearing blocks and brackets to the printed blocks. You might need some washers. You can install the brass insert by applying heat or you can pull them in with a M3 screw and a set of 2 M5 and 1 M3 washers. This in order not to squeeze the protruding holes at the sides of the blocks. I tried to keep the tolerances as tight as possible in order to prevent the bearing blocks to move within the printed blocks. You will need to print the 2 spacers, the shim and the endcaps from Junior Barnes his design. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4306550 Update 8/12/2021: I've added a new design for the top Endstops. With these, in combination with the MGN12C short bearingblock carriers, you will re-gain about 8 ~10mm height in Z.
