This organizer is for the retail edition of the game. It should work for the Kickstarter edition as well, as I think only the main game board and player boards are different from the retail edition. I use the main game board as a lid to all the components, to prevent them from moving. Still, as there is a big empty space between the board and the box cover, things will move a bit if you store the game upright. To avoid that, before trashing the punchboards from the game, you can add them all at the bottom of the box and put everything on top of them. As I am storing my metal coins separately from the box, there is no specific space for them in this organizer. You can just store them in a small bag on top of everything, as you can see in one of the pictures. If I had to make a specific space for the coins the whole design would have bloated and much more material would have been needed and it wouldn't have looked so organized. :) You should print 3 of the "Doctors" file and 2 of the "Patients" file.
