I create remix and add some components to make this compact extruder work with BFTouch. I redesign some parts to make it more reliable. For the engine, an Epson Em-400 was used; the EM-383 or 287 also work, any low-torque motor will do. These motors have a 4mm shaft, which needs to be filed down to flatten one part. Gears for 4 and 5 mm are included. The sensor on the BFTP is an M3 screw that has been cut and tapped to 45 mm. ------------------------------------------------------ Update November 11, 2018 For the motor, I fixed the Imax at 0.4A, so my drivers are A4988 with R100 as Rs (0.1 ohms). Vref = Imax * 8 * Rs = 0.32V. Everything is working fine. Another thing that was asked was about the Z offset, and I left it at -1.9. However, this depends on several factors, but it's roughly around there. The steps per cm of the motor/malevo assembly came out to be exactly 400.
