Just a simple pair of hinges for the front acrylic door on my CTC printer was within reach - I wanted to try my hand at designing a few parts for my machine and succeeded first time round! I crafted these to accommodate the 0.21-inch acrylic used to enclose my printer, giving it that perfect enclosure. The pins were easily popped out when needed; in fact, they'll pop right out to help me remove the door when I want to. Instructions The hinge comes as three separate parts: the bracket, the hinge itself and the pin, carefully designed for a flawless assembly experience. Designed with precision, the bracket was mounted with #6 nuts and bolts, guaranteeing seamless performance. Print your pins with high infill density - they'll slide into the tight space within the bracket, making for an extremely snug fit, but do handle them with care as you don't want to risk breaking a part when inserting.
