I attach these hinges to the enclosure for my MendelMax 2 using 4mm woodscrews that screw into the MDF or wood. Two 6mm by 90mm bolts, held securely by two Nyloc nuts, provide additional attachment points. Printing out two of each file makes a pair of hinges ready to assemble.
