I made adjustments to ChrisMUC's (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:198335) buckle design, specifically modifying it for use with a narrow belt. The original buckle was excellent, but I encountered issues when wearing it at work due to the strain on the nylon web belt. It kept splitting under pressure. To address this problem, I added hinges to the design using Blender and printed the entire set again. After testing the new buckle at work, I found that it performed flawlessly without any signs of stress breakage.
