HINGE
I designed this hinge specifically for the TRX-4 to mount a Unimog cab on the front. It is designed to slide into the factory bumper mount holes, so it will fit the rear bumper mount also, so it could be used to mount a hinged flat bed or similar.
The two halves are a tight fit so as to prevent sideways movement, so a small amount of filing is required to fit the two halves together.
The middle up-stand of the hinge with 3 up-stands has a slightly smaller diameter hole through it to allow for a 3mm machine screw to bite into it.
I used long machine screws and didn't fully tighten them so as not to seize the hinge.
