If your door is rubbing on the bottom edge, and there is no more adjustment left on the hex set screw on the door-side hinge, simply add this between the lower hinge and the door frame to raise it. Usually 1 does the trick. If you use two on the bottom, you might want to add one behind the middle hinge. Do them one at a time - you might need help lifting the door to realign the hinge when reinstalling - they're heavy. Please be careful - I am not responsible for injuries due to improper safety observations. If you aren't sure - get a skilled tradesperson to put them in for you. PLA+ works well.
