Hinge

Hinge

A hinge designed with form in mind, perfect for my Ender 3 enclosure. Given the unique dimensions of my case, the hinge is 47mm deep from the door-mount, making it a great match when using a 3mm plexiglass door within an IKEA Lack enclosure. If you'd like to modify the hinge, I've included a .step file. Since Fusion didn't consider how parts were oriented before export, remember to print them lying flat. Here are the parts needed for a complete assembly: Printed: Door-mount: 1 Wall-mount: 1 Short Finger: 6 Long Finger: 6 Spacer: 9 Short Spacer: 6 Short Finger - top: 1 Long Finger - top: 1 (The "top" variants don't have the friction-reducing bulge on the exposed holes.) Bought: 50mm M3 machine screws: 7 5mm wood screw: 2 M3 screw (length depends on door thickness): 4
