I've seen similar hinges showcased on this website before, but this specific type was nowhere to be found. This particular hinge is part of an ongoing project and resembles those used in eyeglasses. The fit is quite snug, but it might require some fine-tuning for optimal performance. Given that these hinges are intended for custom projects, you'll likely need to put in some extra effort to integrate them properly anyway. The size I've chosen, 0.25 extrude, feels like the smallest viable option. You can even use a small household nail as a center pin if needed.
