Hinge for 20mm T-Slot Extrusions

This is a work in progress that has been thoroughly tested to date.This style of hinge is known as a "flag" hinge, as cataloged by Misumi.I needed several enclosures with lots of hinges and felt that $5 per piece would quickly add up.I have created a panel hinge plate to attach a panel to the surface of extrusions.It's not yet been tested on the panel part, but I've successfully built a set.The panel flag allows for flush use of 3mm thick and 5mm thick panels.There are many interesting options, and a couple ideas that I want to explore further.I allowed for 5mm hardware and gave space for a flat washer to distribute pressure.Build it correctly, and this part will be both durable and smoothly operating.I build with three perimeters, each 0.5mm wide (using nozzles of 0.4mm or smaller).Scale up the part in the slicer to fit different sizes.If it's not good enough, I can create other sizes if needed.I only work with 20mm series parts right now.Also included are solid model files from Geomagic Design (formerly Alibre's Cubify Design) in STEP format.
