I crafted this hinge for the door of a custom 3D printer case I built to house my Prusa MK3s. This hinge has performed flawlessly for over a year on my case. The fit for the 5mm rod is incredibly snug and requires tapping in with a mallet. Print with 4 or 5 perimeters for added strength. The hinge component necessitates supports.
