Here is a 4cm tall hinge that can be incorporated into various projects, printed in one block, fully customizable, don't hesitate to ask if you need larger or smaller ones. I used it for creating a box for my own 3D printer. Printed with 0.15mm height and 0.4mm wide layer settings.
