I crafted a sturdy hinge for my portable screen using pieces from a discarded notebook. The overall height comes out to be 20mm and the hinge plates measure 30x30x2mm. To bring this project to life, you'll need a few essential components: 7 M3 screws to secure the plate and one longer M4 screw - at least 35mm in length - to join the two parts together.
