The design calls for a sturdy 50 mm x 50 mm hinge, secured with four #8 screws that fit perfectly into pre-drilled holes. To assemble this mechanism, simply print two identical copies and employ a soldering iron to melt one end of the 1.75 mm filament pin, effectively locking it in place within the hinge's framework.
