This thing is used to remove the oil cap on old Hilti hammer-drills (e.g. my TE 17). It is not designed as a perfect fitting tool, but does the job well. You can plug it into the cap on one side and use a 30mm wrench/vise to hold onto the tool and turn out the oil cap on the other side.
