Hilt for pvc pipe foam sword
thingiverse
I had a sword made from a 1/2'' pvc pipe and a dollar store pool noodle, it's pretty neat and it's also less painful than your NERF sword. The handle was just covered in ductape, so it wore on my hands. SOLLUTION. I made this awesome hilt on my cad software. Just take a 1/2'' pvc pipe, epoxy it into the hilt, glue the pipe into the whole length of the pool noodle, then cover the noodle in ductape. Viola! You have a fun, easy sword that you and your friends can beat the tar out of each other with very few bruises. I plan on making some lightsaber ones in the future. Enjoy! -RoR
