I printed off a double lightsaber and realized that carrying it around would cause the blade to emerge so I wanted to create a removable stop for it. I haven't printed it yet, but it will be my next print. I'll update to let you know if it works as expected. It should fit exactly, but might require scaling up slightly. I wanted to share this in case someone else can try it before I get to it. UPDATE: I printed the first one without supports and it didn't work well at all. The walls were too thin. I thickened the walls a bit and am now printing one with supports and one without to see how they turn out. UPDATE: I printed the version without supports and it was nearly impossible to remove them. At least, I got frustrated and gave up trying. It will probably be a little stringy on top, but cutting off the strings worked perfectly for me. Please let me know if it works for you!
