Created with Customizer! Using the following settings: message: Hilma hole_radius: 2 font_size: 8 stick_thickness: 4 font_thickness: 7 stick_width: 8 flat_bottom: 2 Font: write/orbitron.dxf Stick it together, here's how: Step One - Put the thing together Find all of your parts that you've printed. There are five components that you need to make the sign complete: three sticks, one flat bottom piece and font. Assemble it Stick one stick through the top and center hole, ensuring it goes straight through to keep your sign upright. Attach one flat piece under that same central hole of that very stick just stuck. Repeat that first step until two more of those pieces with central holes are on that flat part underneath stick that got there before. Flip them over then push stick through another three holes for this other part. Stick the last two onto each corner stick so that one sticks to bottom piece's side while second attaches at opposite. When both sides have done attaching their top sides (those little legs!) take your Orbitron and insert flat bottom beneath all four, finally making sure everything stays securely locked together! Step Two - Print Font Take all three sticks you just got done building; make two long holes vertically in stick middle section where stick joins onto base stick that gets stuck. Next drill three more evenly distributed horizontal ones just outside bottom-most hole made in Step One. Make sure there isn't any other material close around or else when applying pressure with pen those horizontal line could become misaligned. Put letter in middle slot, ensure everything aligns then pop out all but the first few horizontal slots by placing each letter vertically within its assigned vertical spot and letting it slide over center piece - this should create letters standing on flat bases. Once that process finishes remove anything attached to either side except for little vertical lines left above bottom; repeat with rest until done! Stick last piece together! When you're ready just add stick back onto very top where hole meets both vertical ends (center holes). Insert last flat into place underneath that first piece you added before which means everything has been connected. Last bit, your message goes inside the frame made out of 3 sticks and one bottom plate! The font will rest on three more long horizontal pieces going through holes you created using drill press tool as previously explained; now print words inside it making sure text aligns perfectly across all sides otherwise looks terrible once done so make adjustments until satisfactory results achieved! This sign is totally finished after final steps completed here and ready for hang up display anywhere desired without having to think twice!
