Thrill-seekers and fortune hunters, driven by ambition and greed, began to venture into these cursed lands, braving the unknown perils that lurked within. Organized into small bands, they stalked the ruins, seeking to claim the treasures of the past for themselves. This is the essence of Scavengers, a gritty skirmish game set in a world ravaged by conflict and decay. Extracted from The Chronicle of Albar, A Scavenger's Guide to Our World Introduction Scavengers is a tactical miniature war game designed for small-scale battles with fantasy and steampunk miniatures. Two players engage in intense combat, commanding five to ten miniatures each (a hero and their loyal companions). Easy to learn, yet rich in complexity, the game requires time and practice to master. The game was crafted around three fundamental principles: a) Players can choose from a wide range of 3D models or use miniatures from any collection. The game is not tied to any specific manufacturer or company, allowing for unparalleled flexibility. Contributing developers are encouraged to download our free and paid 3D models. b) The true focus of Scavengers lies with the miniatures on the table. In the end, miniature gaming should be an immersive experience centered around these tiny masterpieces (and fun!). c) A rich backdrop – We'll continually develop new units, histories, and game scenarios.
